JOINING US ON ONE OF
OUR TRIPS ?
Vroom Travel's vacations are designed for travelers who prefer to try new adventures & experiences and enjoy hanging out with other families, friends and couples from around the country. We like to add non stop activity all throughout our entire stay ! If you are celebrating an anniversary, birthday or any special occasion, we invite you to join us.

Is There A Deposit Required For Bookings?There is a minimum Non-Refundable Deposit of At Least $100 Per Person and counts towards the trip balance. (Deposit might be more depending on the time frame in which you book)

What does All-Inclusive Mean?All Inclusive means that while at the resort, you can eat and drink unlimited as long as the restaurant and bars are open. In some cases, restaurants or room service might be available 24 hours.

Does Everything Happen At The Hotel?Not all events happen at the hotel. Many excursions such as ATV Riding, Zipling etc takes place off the resort.

Is My Card Information Kept On File To Auto Debit Payments?No. Payments will not automatically debit from your card. Each time you would like to make a payment, you can click on your invoice and authorize your payments.

What is the Refund Policy?The initial required deposit is Non-Refundable. I If you cancel within 59 days of the trip you lose 100% of your money. If you cancel within 60 – 90 days you get 50% trip credit for future travel for the amount you have paid. If you cancel prior to 90 days before your trip you get all your money back minus the initial non-refundable per person deposit, the Travel Protection cost and the Agent Booking fee.s These terms only apply if you purchase Travel Protection at the Time of Booking. If you do not add Travel Protection at the time of booking, all monies paid are Non-Refundable. Travel Protection cannot be added at a later date. Payments are Non-Transferrable.

Are Excursions Included In The Pricing?Excursions off the resort and some on site excursions are not included in the price. Excursions will be offered at a later date due to present restrictions.

Is Airfare Included In The Pricing?Airfare is not included in the pricing. Travelers are responsible for securing their own flights unless you hire us to book your flights. If Ground Transportation is included in the package, once your flight information is confirmed, please contact us so that we can arrange your transportation To/From the Hotel/Airport

Is a Payment Plan Offered?Yes. Depending on the time frame in which you book, A Monthly Payment Plan is Available.
